Partners in Every Child's Progress

The school recognises parents and guardians as essential partners in education. Consistent communication between home and school enables teachers and families to understand a child's progress, encourage strengths, address difficulties early and promote responsible habits.

Communication & Partnership

Parent–Teacher Meetings

Regular communication helps parents and teachers work together to support every child's academic and personal development.

01

Parent–Teacher Meetings are held after every Term Examination to discuss academic progress, behaviour and areas requiring improvement.

02

Parents may meet the Principal at 2:00 p.m. on working days, subject to availability and prior office confirmation.

03

Constructive suggestions that support teaching, student wellbeing and school activities are welcome.

Genuine concerns and complaints will be attended to by the appropriate school authority.

Parent Guidance

Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

The following guidelines help create a consistent, supportive and responsible learning environment for every child.

01

Ensure that your child arrives on time. After safely dropping the child inside the campus, please leave promptly so that school routines are not disturbed.

02

Take active interest in your child's academic performance, school activities, attendance and time management.

03

Pay school fees on or before the due date communicated by the office. Late payment may attract a fine according to school policy.

04

Attend Parent–Teacher Meetings and meet the Principal whenever requested to discuss the child's progress.

05

Review the Progress Report carefully, pay special attention to areas of difficulty, sign it and return it within the required time.

06

Check the school diary every day for homework, schedules, attendance records, remarks and communications from teachers.

07

Supervise homework, assignments, project work and a balanced daily study routine.

08

Encourage your child to communicate confidently in English while respecting and developing all languages studied.

09

Avoid unnecessary leave. For absence, complete and sign the leave record in the diary. For leave exceeding three days, submit a leave letter and medical certificate where required.

10

Do not send children to school with gold jewellery, expensive items or other valuables. The school cannot accept responsibility for their loss.

11

Guide children in the safe and controlled use of mobile phones, social media and electronic gadgets. Mobile phones are prohibited on the school campus.

12

Make reliable transport arrangements and collect younger children at the time communicated by the school.

13

Inform the school office immediately of any change in residential address, telephone number or emergency-contact details.

14

Maintain a calm, disciplined and encouraging home environment that supports regular learning and responsible conduct.
