The academic programme at Annai Veilankanni's is designed to build strong foundations, encourage curiosity and prepare students for success at every stage. The school follows the Tamil Nadu State Board curriculum, with Samacheer Kalvi from Standards I to X and State Board syllabi for Standards XI and XII.

Classroom teaching is supported by digital resources, demonstrations, practice exercises, projects, tests and regular feedback. Students are guided to understand concepts, communicate clearly, work independently and apply knowledge constructively. Special academic attention is provided to learners preparing for the Public Examinations in Standards X, XI and XII.
